NOT a Professional Artist? Be Professional Anyway!
Be a professional while you are learning to become a professional artist. By embodying the values of being a pro and dedicating yourself to a disciplined approach, you can make your dreams come true.
Earlier I mentioned that even though I’m not a professional doesn’t mean that I don’t think professionally. So what does that mean? That sounds confusing. It means that I treat time as a valuable resource as if I was running a business. I schedule my projects in such a way that I can accomplish them. I am honest with other people who ask me about my skill level. I don’t over promise to other people and I keep my word while building a reputation. These are all qualities that companies look for no matter what type of career that you are in.
